Dr. Priyanka Gupta Vaidya is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), women’s health physician, and maternal–child health educator with over seven years of experience supporting families from preconception through pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
She holds an MBBS from Rural Medical College, Loni, and an MD in Preventive and Social Medicine from KEM Hospital, Mumbai, giving her a strong foundation in evidence-based care, public health, and community-oriented maternal services.
Dr. Priyanka has extensive experience working in rural healthcare settings and maternal–child health outreach programs at KEM Hospital, Mumbai. She has also served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Preventive and Social Medicine at Sion Hospital, Mumbai, contributing to medical education and community health initiatives.
As an IBCLC, she specializes in breastfeeding assessment and support, including latch difficulties, low milk supply, pain during breastfeeding, pumping guidance, relactation, special situations, and individualized lactation care plans. Her work integrates clinical expertise, counseling, and patient education to provide compassionate, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive support.
In addition to lactation care, Dr. Priyanka offers comprehensive pregnancy coaching, childbirth education, labor preparation, postpartum recovery guidance, and preconception counseling, ensuring holistic, family-centered care for mothers and babies.
